(YES) has been a pillar of hope in Metro Atlanta for young people ages 16 to 24, through alternative education, post-secondary options, workforce readiness, and cultural enrichment. With a legacy of impacting over 5,000 young lives, we remain committed to breaking cycles of poverty, disconnection, and creating pathways to success.

Our premier Just One Youth (JOY) Initiative, expands our reach by forging a movement of strategic community partnerships, allowing us to serve even more young people each year. We focus on creating preventative and early intervention opportunities for high school students, college scholars, and young people seeking stability, opportunities, and purpose throughout Metro Atlanta, helping to strengthen school attendance and build healthy habits towards future goals.

At YES, we reinforce protective factors, provide warm handoffs to opportunities, and help prevent young people from incarceration. We believe that every young person deserves access to safe relationships, coordinated support, and meaningful pathways to education, employment, and long-term success.
